Who we are
John Flores started Flores Electric with a pretty simple idea: people deserve to have a good experience when they invite someone into their home — not just good work.
With 8 years as an electrician and another 8 years installing countertops, John has spent 16 years transforming customers' homes. But the technical side was never the hard part. What he kept seeing in the trade was a lack of care for the customer — no communication, no follow-up, no real respect for someone's time or space. He knew he could do better, and Flores Electric is how he proved it.
For John, this business is personal. It's the freedom to invest in himself, to work on his own terms, and to never treat a customer like just a number. He operates with honesty and integrity at the core of every job — values rooted in his faith and in the belief that true service means never cutting corners on the customer experience. He's been moved by moments on the job that remind him why it matters: a customer's story, a memory of a loved one, the kind of trust people place in you when they open their door.
Whether it's a straightforward outlet installation or a more involved project, John approaches every job the same way: show up prepared, be straight with the customer, do the work right, and make sure they feel good about the whole process from start to finish. Customer satisfaction isn't a policy here — it's just how he operates. It's why people call back, and why they send their neighbors his way.
